I've installed (afresh) some mods, and have installed them correctly as they are driveable etc. But, when I hit L, and all the other combinations for blue lights, it doesn't switch on; likewise with the sirens. I have installed ELS 8, by copying the entire folder which contains the common/data and the .dll things. Additionally, when I press ALT P, LCPDFR doesn't switch on, even thought it installed correctly. Please help me - I really appreciate it. Thank you

Well I've now managed to install the mods, but all of a sudden, whilst in Spark/Open IV it says the vehicle is there (and I preview it - all right), it isn't appearing in the game; infact nothing I have since added is. I've saved it, and done it through both software/ Thanks Update: There now appears to be a slight problem witht he game often crashing...!

Yep that is correct. Update: I have it working - thank you. Using OpenIV worked. But....They are very 'wobbly' some of the vehicles, especially the vans. I have the Handling codes, but no idea where in the directory they should go. Thank you

I am installing them into GTAIV (LCPD FR)..The CDI Images directory.

Hello I am new to this forum, so apologies if there is already a solution to this. I instealled (through SprakIV) various mods from the 'Double Doppler' Met police range. Now these were labeled as Noose.wtf/wtd and so on. These installed brilliantly, and work fine, but suppose I want to install extra mods? I have installed ones with the same name as those already installed ie Noose.wtf, and when I preview it on Sprak there is evidence of it being there. I hit save, but isn't in the game. In fact all of the mods I have added since adding the initial ones about a week ago, don't work. They aren't "replacing" the existing ones...Can you work out where I am going wrong? Ultimately, I want to install some extra vehicles, but when there isn't an existing mod named, say FBi, it won't allow it to go in. Even if there is one already existing, it replaces it but no change in the game. Thank you in advance.
