  1. I don't understand what you want...you want HD gameplay? Then get a good computer and set the graphics to high/very high.
  2. The files are usually 2.0MB or more....
  3. You won't be able to. There's a reason why we always say, "Back-up your original files before you install mods."
  4. What was the point of this....? I think anyone can find these with a simple Google search :)
  5. No problem!
  6. All ENB mods require a good computer if you're going to run the game at high and record. There's lighting mods specifically for ELS lights such as the radiance mod on gtapolicemods.com
  7. Depends on the time. At night? 30-50. Day? 25-40. If you plan on recording on very high with Neolux's graphics mod, your FPS is going to be very low.
  8. Extract the files inside from the folder you downloaded and move them to the scripts folder....
  9. It'd be connected to the indicator lights probably.
  10. If it's not enabled, you can't use it. If you're talking about the default cars, the secondary bar's disabled and is not able to function. There's nothing to fix that.
  11. I'm not sure about Neolux's ENB on Very High, but the game itself, yes. Well, on High at least. I run it on high and I have the same specs except the graphics card. I gotta 550ti 1GB.
  12. Some cars have a .ide file that comes with them. Do you replace the ones in the GTA IV folder? That's more than likely the cause.
  13. I know how ya feel. I wanted to do something with the LAPD in a video but I don't feel like installing all the LA mods such as the palm trees and etc. LOL.
  14. You won't receive help from the staff, but I'm sure there's someone in this community who knows how to solve it. :P
  15. Press ` or ~ (They're the same thing) and type in without the quotes "reloadscripts"
  16. Have you tried reloading your scripts after it happens? You may not be able to use the taser as RC2 still has some bugs and etc.
  17. Ermm....are those uniforms supposed to be Honolulu PD? LOL....the cars were NYPD as well. Either way, the soundtrack goes amazingly well with it.
  18. I don't think telling them in ALL caps is going to help. It just makes you look mad.
  19. This is the correct section to post in: http://www.lcpdfr.co...5-other-gaming/ for this topic. But I'm sure you'll still receive replies here too.
  20. I think it probably could. The graphics look a bit like LA Noire...so if you can run that, you're going to be more than likely able to play GTA V.
  21. ' Don't bump up old threads. Don't thread hijack either. The answer to your question? Yes, you need a legitimate copy of it. Meaning you actually pay for it. Not click a download link from some torrent site,
  22. Any PC with goods specs...it doesn't have to be a certain namebrand or something. Heck, get a custom build or have someone build it for yourself.
  23. You really should have posted that in this forum: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forum/54-modifications/ This thread's more than likely going to be deleted/locked by a moderator.
  24. What's your processor speed/model? Your processor plays a role in FPS too. You can download patch 1.0.7.0 right here: http://grandtheftaut...tch_1070;114377
  25. The LCPD logo is a bit huge, LOL. If you guys created the textures, good job!
