i know my friend my dad suffered for most of my life. he sadly passed almost 4 years ago already. but there was a time were he nearly did pass though but we were lucky to have saved him but that story is for another day. but it is becasue of him that i take care of myself very well. i will however will be going to a doctor on thursday so dont worry i will trust me im more worried about this than you. where did you get the awesome fishy maybe i could make that as my signature lol

i still play my oldies almost every day there my childhood and they never get old

well im back today alive just really tired not sure why but i think its becasue of all of what i went through. honestly i think im just scared. i read a thing on the harvard website about this. most likely i prob do just have muscle strain the reason being ive thought about it i prob just pushed my heart too much and i can function normally today just when i poke my areas where my muscles are on my chest im sore and thats on both sides. i didnt feel like i was in extreme pain just a little out of breath and now sore but i will keep an eye on it. im still gonna see some kind of doctor for something else in a few days i can always ask her too. so guys dont worry and i like the guppy care thing its awesome :)
