My bad, I misread ArrestManager in the crash log as Albo's Arrest Manager. Looking online, I found a thread where a staff member said it's caused by an invalid ped. Was there a helicopter that had spawned right before the crash?

Try reinstalling EUP configurations, it seems your LSPDFR custom folder is broken.

Could you check and see what the livery resolution is for the new cars? If it's 4096x4096, rescale them down to 2048x2048.

Try removing AssortedCallouts and see if it works. If it still has issues, try removing Traffic Policer.

I would recommend Ultimate Backup as Albo is no longer updating ArrestManager.

Try removing ArrestManager.

Try downloading the EUP configurations file.

When I load LSPDFR, it runs rage hook correctly. But gta5.exe closes and LSPDFR generates a crash report. Sorry I can't attach the crash report, so it's here: http://pastebin.com/ucMEh0eV
