Open OpenIV -> Update -> x64 -> DLC Packs -> Latest patch day -> dlc.rpf -> x64 -> Models -> Cdimages -> Latest patch day -> Then place them in. For some reason, it does that when checking out the model in OpenIV. I have no idea why it's most likely a modeling issue.- 58 comments

Yes, it does, that's really something you will get with most if not all light enhancing modifications. To fix it simply search up taxi cab fix and install it. I am only using Make Visuals Great Again, the ENB that comes with it and my BetterVisuals mod. I am not entirely sure as to why everything else is super bright for you. You need to be more specific with your question. If you're asking if you can have this and EUP in at the same time, then yes, you can. If you're asking if this is for EUP, then no, there are no EUP uniforms in this pack.

Installation file? Like an OIV you mean? Try lowering the mipmap levels on the peds (tutorial in the readme). If that doesn't work then maybe your PC can't handle the peds. IDK.

Alright, so I have some suggestions based on my states odd choices of firearm selection. It would be interesting to see any of these models though. FN Herstal FNS 40 (Long Slide), chambered in .40 S&W Sig Sauer P226, chambered in .40 S&W Sig Sauer P229, chambered in .40 S&W Glock 21, chambered in 45 ACP

Phoenix PD Ped Pack Currently in version 1.0.1 Details: This pack is based on the Phoenix Police Department in Arizona. The pack contains one male ped and one female ped. Please keep in mind there are different variations of PPD badges, patches, insignias and uniform colors in real life. The ones selected for use do in fact represent an actual uniform style for both male and female officers. Whats Included: Original Files: Known Bugs/Issues: Game issues - If the peds will not spawn in, game crashes or will not start after putting in peds please do the following. Simply open the .ytd file -> Click on skin textures and change Mipmap levels -> Depending on installation it should be high or low, try changing based on your system. If low, such as 1, increase. If high, such as 12, decrease. Phoenix patch on females long sleeve right arm is shorter than left arm. I've attempted fixing this bug, but it continues to remain shorter. Please read the README before asking for any help with the peds. If there are any issues that you are having with the peds please put it in the comments. Any requests for support found in reviews will be ignored. Please base reviews off the quality of the download, not based off of installation trouble. Thank you. From lighting patterns I've seen and researched, the modeler designing these cars has done a good job thus far replicating the patterns. Though I can't be for sure what the final product will look like, everything is still in alpha stages of development. -

Los Santos Police Department Pack Currently in Version 1.0.0 Details This is a pack for the (lore friendly) Los Santos Police Department. This pack was partly based off of the Lancaster Police Department, in Pennsylvania. The original creation of the pack was intended for private FiveM usage, but has now been fully released publicly. The following pack includes 100 vehicle textures, all of which are in 4K quality. There is a total of 5 vehicles included in this current version of the pack. Livery Variations Below are the listed types of textures according to unit numbers and vehicle models. Vehicles Needed FAQ Q: Can you help me with... A: Did you read the README? No; well too bad. Yes; what can I help you with. Q: Can my game still run these textures if my PC can't handle 4K? A: Yes! Simply change the mipmap levels for the texture to a lower level. The lower the level the lower the quality, but you will be able to use the skins. Q: Can you add this vehicle...? A: Maybe... Please leave any suggested vehicles in the comments, please keep in mind its not guaranteed I will add it. The standard sheriff version of the clothing does currently feature only "sheriff" text on the t-shirt. Though on the hoodie I do believe I didn't update it to be only "sheriff." I will update it when I have time. As for the model torso invisibility, I have no idea. I have never experienced any issues regarding the torso while testing. Either on my player or a bodyguard. Be sure to check the installation files to see if there is any errors. Otherwise its specifically a model based issue.

Honestly the ranger ped does seem to have a bit of issues. I can't even get it to spawn on my FiveM server. I'm looking into possible fixes at the moment and will update the file if I find anything.
