Can you get something similar to LCPD:FR on SA?

Hello, So I have GTA IV and the streets and buildings don't load. I don't reach the minimum requirements with the graphics card, which is why it doesn't load. My laptops current graphics card is non-replaceable. I can't afford to buy another computer so I'm stuck. Is there any way to bypass this problem and play the game, even if it's in terrible quality? As long as I see streets, buildings, cars, people etc. I can only see myself, my police car, inside the state and some other stuff. Thanks!

Thanks a lot. So I need to rename then to 'police.wtf' for example which will replace the original Police car?

So for example, I have added a new Police car, not replaced the old ones, just added a new one. When I'm at the station and go on duty, will the car i've added be there to select? Just another question, when I added the modded Police Car files, there were 'templates.png' in the folder with it to. Are these meant to be put somewhere?

Hey! Don't want to sound like an idiot or noob, but i've managed to put all the files needed for modded cars into the game through Spark IV, but how do I actually get to use the car i've modded in the game. I've installed a few Police Car files, so how do I play using that police car?

I was wondering if anyone could actually tell me their make and model though as well?

Hello, I've just bought GTA IV for PC but my computer isn't good enough to play it. I need to buy a new computer that it will run on, and I need a new computer anyway. So, will you be able to suggest the computer/laptop that you use to play GTA IV that it works on, and also say what you would rate the graphics for when playing it on that computer, and whether you've paid to have any extra instalments such as a new graphics card. Thanks!
