  1. Bleep999 has made a Met Police BMW R2100 Bike ELS enabled. There is a motorbike and helmet ped on this site by AmateurModder I believe.
  2. This is a Premier Hazard siren. Numerous versions exist for IV and V and are available for download. I think there is one by BritishGamer88 (Premier Hazard 7004)
  3. Hmmm, maybe try edit visualSettings.dat car.defaultlight.emissive Values, to 5000.0

  5. In graphics options, set Shader Quality to High and PostFX to High
  6. I used Paint.NET. Firstly, I exported and cropped out BG88s textures from one of his vehicles ytd files in OpenIV, saved them as PNG files. Then exported and opened the light textures for a specific car, and added BG88s as a new layer on top and positioned them to cover the old light textures.
  7. Yeah Kallous is right. I've done this by using BritishGamer88's darker textures and overlaying them on the light blue textures used by the likes of Bleep999. It's a simple task.
  8. Yes exactly, there should be an option in the ini because when patrolling in LSPDFR, you should know if there's a call in your area. Anyway, were I live (the UK), even London you would not get 5 units all following each other to a call, possibly separately from different directions but never one behind another.
  9. Hmm yes true, but the game only creates them around hospitals, police stations of fire stations and nowhere else. I still think up to 5 units is too many, especially as being so rare in real life.
  10. Yes, I think whilst on duty there should be no police responses but whilst off duty there can be, an ini option sounds best. Also, could you lower the amount of police cars responding at once. Normally having 4 units and 2 bikes responding is very uncommon, it should be maybe one or two cop cars. For ambulances it should be one ambulance and for fire it should one or two trucks. Obviously having more on occasion is fine.

  13. Nope. I'd recommend putting it in ELS support or contacting Lt Caine or Gravel Road Cop.
  14. This is a common bug with ELS, along with another minor ones that will need fixing. You'll just have to make do.
  15. Well you can do what I said to the individual vehicles but I can see that's not very practical so sorry I don't know otherwise.
  16. Add the flag 'FLAG_AVOID_TURNS' in vehicles.meta to the vehicles you don't want to yield to emergency lights/sirens
  17. You can prevent that dialog and messages by going into AppData - Local - New Technology Studio - Apps - OpenIV - Core.xml Then change the number from 181 to 182. No idea how but this fixes it for now.
  18. Hi guys, this is not necessarily a 'needing support' topic, it is a request for people to join me in helping fix something part of GTA V. So if you were not already aware, in GTA V, the bloom on the emergency lights fades out horribly as you move away from the vehicle. Unless you use the ELS corona system, the lights from a distance away look very unrealistic, lack colour and appear almost non-existent. Unfortunately many vehicle authors do not setup these coronas correctly or even at all. What I would like is a team of any of you in the community to help out to try and increase the radius of GTAs bloom on the emergency lights. I would like people to investigate and test modifying different game files (visualSettings.dat, timecycle files or many others). The light bloom only works in-game when you set your PostFX to High and Shader Quality to High, which makes me think this could be a PostFX related matter. It is also made brighter by increasing Car.DefaultLight.Emissive values in visualsettings.dat. After some countless testing and investigating however, I have never found a way to increase the bloom's radius/distance so that it does not diminish. If you would like to join me in helping solve this annoying problem that would greatly benefit the GTA V community if it is, please reply to this topic or PM me. Please ensure you have experience with modding GTA V, using OpenIV and understand the mechanics of this issue. I would greatly appreciate your support. Many thanks, TheHC09
  19. Peds can also have the same effect, make sure they are all correctly installed. Try a better gameconfig too.
  20. Install a gameconfig, it's more than likely to do with vehicle mods. I had the same issue. Also make sure all vehicle mods are installed in the correct patchday folders (not all 13g for example)
  21. Some interesting skins you've been making recently. Do you think you could make a Met Police skin for BG88s Lancashire Mercedes Riot Van?
  22. There's nowhere to post ELS support and Lt. Caine doesn't take much notice anyway. As quoted from my post in another topic, the bugs include; > AI stuck using one siren tone and not changing it > AI never uses air horn > AI uses random patterns and ignores the one chosen in VCF > AI sometimes not even using lights/siren at all, even though their on code 3 backup > AI cars sometimes don't de-spawn Thanks.
  23. As I previously mentioned, I don't have specific issues with either mods, but ELS does have bugs which need fixing by the developer. I was simply wondering why there is a lack of information regarding updates or new features.
  24. Interesting, maybe there will be an update soon then. Okay thanks for the info. ELS is the one that needs an update, LSPDFR could do with one given the amount of time it's been since the last and new features should be added too.
  25. Yeah good, I have finished my exams. Sounds good. I may start uploading gameplay on my YT channel at some point.
