I believe you can solve your second issue by moving all the siren dummies far under the vehicle so that they are blocked by the ground. If you're only going to use 4 rotators, it would look better to have 4 emissive extras placed under your siren dummies. Covering the top portion of the emissives with mesh is the best way to go as far as lightbars that require more than 4 rotators.

Your "extra" parts are your lights. Extra_1_L0-Extra9_L0 are the parts that you need to have the other lights attached to. The dummies are the blue and green cubes. The only dummies you need are all the original ones the car came with and your light dummies(misc_c). Everything else can be deleted. Like I said, open an unlocked vehicle. If you can read what I wrote, then you have the mental capacity to study a model. Being a "noob" is not an excuse. Good luck.My advice to you is open an unlocked vehicle and study the hierarchy. Those extra dummies included with the parts you added are unnecessary. Only polpatriot needs to have the suffix "wft".Delete the wheel dummies and collisions and replace with ones from the default vehicles. Then after you position them correctly, DisplayLocal AxesReset to World. I use orientation instead of offset.
