Hey. First you need LSPDFR which I assume you have that. You will then need to go to the mods sections and download a few compatible plugins for example callouts plugins which gives the game much more callouts. I recommend these - Again, there are many more callouts. Just make sure that they are compatible with RPH 0.36. Yes you need RPH 36 in order to run these mods. Now you need some scripts such as traffic policer which gives you basic policing commands such as ANPR, road management etc to make the game more immersive. With that I suggest you get the police radio mod which helps you do things like calling in for a tow truck and calling in a coroner, also you can spawn barriers to secure crime scenes. There are many mods available to make LSPDFR feel much more realistic. i suggest looking into good modders such as Albo and many more. You can't. There is a upcoming mod called ELS which is soon to come I believe. You can't choose what lights to turn on and off until ELS releases.

Then there must be something wrong on your end since my local air unit does not shoot at the suspect.

There are two helicopter units. One is the noose which are armed and will always shoot at the suspects and one is the local air support which only follows the suspect and keeps them in sight.

So I'm creating a new texture but do I have to add in the plate or can I just leave it? Assuming it will already add in the plate.

I love using Paint.net. Very useful and simple.

If you want to create GTA V car models you need to download Zmodeler3, I highly recommend to watch tutorials first. To create textures, simply get a car template and use either GIMP, Photoshop or Paint.net to create a texture. Again watch tutorials. :)

Once you load ragehook you will see a little cog on the bottom left corner of the ragehook logo. This will then pop up the settings and can modify what plugins will be loaded on start-up. -Sgt, Voight

No one has made an Arkansas state trooper vehicle model or texture for GTA V. I only seen some in IV I believe.

The programmers who created LSPDFR and LCPDFR have spent many hours creating this FREE content and a great community for you guys to enjoy. 3. LSPDFR is not responsible for your faulty hardware. If you have problems with the people who created LSPDFR/LCPDFR you can consult them but don't harass them. There are tons of forum post with the same question. I gave you some advice and should look into it. Other than that I cannot help you any further. Also post your ragepluginhook log and others can try and help you.

Just because it's a 1TB HDD doesn't mean it's fast. The HDD reads data either fast or slow when you're running gta v. If the HDD is old or just slow it would take time to read the data from gta v. The textures has NOTHING to do with broken ragehook or LSPDFR. Ragehook is updated and works perfectly for me.

If the texture is taking time to load or disappearing it means that you have an old/slow HDD. I know this because I had a very old HDD and caused my textures to disappear load very slowly. I decided to buy a new HDD, installed it and everything loaded fast and my textures never disappeared; not even a glimpse. You're specs are fine, I run on a GTX 760. Either buy a SSD or a faster HDD. For now I can advise you to launch the game, go on task manager right click gta v.exe, go to details. Right click gta v again and set priority to high. It helps sometimes.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I think it has something to do with the graphics card? I have a gtx 760 2GB. I think it's because I OC'd.

Working on a Chicago Police texture for the charger. I decided to do one since I don't see any Chicago police textures out there also inspired by the T.V show, Chicago P.D. I'll update as I go, I don't have a date for the release also if anyone lives in Chicago please inbox me :) -Rez

I keep on trying to install weapon mods such as the glock 30 and I am 100% sure I installed it right however every time I am in gta v I cannot find the weapon I replaced it with. Went to the gun shop to and nothing still the same weapons. I tried installing other guns to but can't find them either, I know I am installing it right.
