reinstalled both still crashing http://prntscr.com/cqxpcf http://prntscr.com/cqxpcf- once this screen has finished and it goes to the loading screen it crashes

i tried to run it as the administrator still crashes and no I didnt change anything else do you want screens of my directory ? man i dont want to reinstall all my stuff xDD

i did it came up with one error i fixed it and it does still continue to crash. so i start ragehook and it starts is working fine and as usual it says "enjoy" then its on the loading screne and it crashes -.-

found it the problem was that my game is in german xDD i tired all mods but my lights dont get brighter or some even stay white :(
