Hello, I am trying to figure out how I can directly edit which lights come on the lightbar during each stage of ELS. For example, for most of the models i use Stage 1 lights up the amber lights, stage 2 lights up half the front and back and stage 3 lights them all up. What I am dying to do is figure out a way where I can have it so that stage 1 or 2 only lights up the rear red/blue lights with no front lights on like many departments do while on traffic stops. Is it possible? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Alright this is my last and final update. Being the noob that I am, I didn't try adding the .ini. and .dll files to the "scripts" folder in the GTA IV directory until now. I've finally got all the mods working!

Yes I actually am thats why I have to press Fn each time I want to open up the trainer haha

UPDATE: I have gotten the trainer to work. All I had to do was hold down the Fn key then press F4 for the trainer to open up! I did the same and tried pressing F5 while holding down the Fn key for Bravehearts ALPR but I'm not sure why it won't open? I've installed both .ini and .dll files. Is there a possibly explanation to this?

I have removed dsound from my directory and I have tried adding the trainer into the directory yet I still cannot open it while in game. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm new to lcpdfr and all the different mods it has to offer. I was wondering why none of the mods I download and put into my gta iv folder work? I follow all the instructions but none of the mods work. For example I downloaded an ALPR reader and whenever I press F5 it doesnt open up. Or with the trainer. I press F3 and nothing happens either. Same with the vdh police helper it doesnt work either. I even downloaded the Scripthook v1.7.1.7 and that causes my lcpdfr to not work. I've searched all over to find the answer to these problems and I just can't seem to find an answer. Can anyone help me?

What is the text inside of the trainer.ini file called to change the keys? Like out of the huge list which is it called that changes the start up keys.

I'm trying to install the trainer and I followed all the steps I've seen in tutorials. The only problem I have is that whenever I press F3 or F4 nothing happens. I think it could possibly be because F3 and F4 on my computer raise and lower the volume. Is there a way to change the key to open the trainer in game?
