Does the plugins need to update of 0.4.2?

So i read somewhere i can change some xml files so other police officers can have the same clothes as me and gear right? BUT i cant get it to work? The other npc officers still wears the original clothes. What do i do wrong or how do i fix/do this? I have the newest EUP installed.

One star for now. Becuse the blips on the map is very very big and wont dissapear after callout is ended, and they spawn in the middle of the road wich cause mayhem in the traffic. Otherwise the callouts are good- 174 comments

Is there a mod out there somewhere that works with 0.4 so i can remove the blips and other things left on the map and on the world when lspdfr crashes?

Computer+ is out guys and girls 😄 😄Great to finally have the EMS on the radio, the only thing i miss is the coroner. Do we have it but i missed it? 😄Test and remove the whole mods folder then reinstall. Yeah the game launches without rhp, i can play gta v without ragehook. I have tried to start with and without ragehook, tried window mode and everything, even tried to reinstall the whole game again so i dont know what can be wrongYes that is the full log, ragepluginhook.log file right? It seems that it detects something with windows 10 and then crash the game to support? Becuse the game says late on the social club mirror game exited unexpectedly and i can try to start in safe mode etc etcThere it is, but cant understand what is wrong... 😞Will never be able to play this mod now nice.
