Hello community, im looking for someone who is experienced at taking in game screenshots to beta test/photograph some of my vehicle textures. I would preferably like someone with an enb but its not a necessity. I have textures ready for release but my graphics are poor and cannot take good quality photos to show off my work Any help would be delightful, i understand carrythxd doesnt tae requests Thanks, Hul123 PLZ PM me if interested or want more info/examples of textures

that is because they used fraps to record the camera view when your in game playing by pressing v when stationary in a car with ELS on you will see that you can see the lights flash in this view when playing, then for the rest youll see there is no lights on for the rest of the intro this is because they used the video editor for the rest of the intro, hope this explained it :)

all im going to say is that the dog was barking in the car before it even got out, any cop with common sense (there were three there and one suspect by the end surely one of them isnt doing much) would have seen the dog in the car with an open window and barking , and prepared himself in whatever way he felt was justified to protect all three of them just in case the dog got out of the car and came to protect his owner that is just my personal opinion and also please remember that we are all speaking in hindsight and we do not know what we would have done in the split second of the moment so tbh all of our points are invalid as we were not there, do not know what the cop had been through in the hours before the incident, and yeah... Cops are Humans and have emotions/feelings too... many people forget that sometimes, it might have been haunting that cop that he killed that dog, he may be a dog lover himself and felt he had to do what he had to do at the time, we dont know and it is not for us to judge

That would be a great idea to encourage people away from real life departments so that there in theory could never be a case of a department going after people for copyright and like you said it's easy to modify a logo/design if your desperate to roleplay as you department make a liberty city version or do like what film makers do and modify certain things so that they are not 100% the same but just have the same basic idea, but im definitely with you on the fictional design contest!
