If you can revert to 0.47 that's the version I'm playing on then just turn off your internet and play in Offline mod? You would be the First person to use one of my Skin's in GTA V so Thankyou. Were is the video Youtube?

What the window texture changes from Emergency to Patient when changing liveries? -
This Skin is for MOOSEYTY's NSW Ambulance Service Mecredes Sprinter. The Vehicle is ELS Enabled. This is a Queensland Patient Transport Skin. An Emergency Paramedic Skin I made is Available here http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/14031-queensland-ambulance-sprinter-skin/ Both Skins can't be used on the same vehicle at the same time eg sprinter_sign_1 & sprinter_sign_2 won't work. Unless someone create's an Add-on Ambulance you'll have to pick one of the Two skins. Please Do Not Upload Anywhere else without my Permission.

ok would that be like where the blips don't go away after callouts are ended Ok so I'm only releasing the Emergency Skin as MOOSEYTY said that the Window Text won't change with other Liveries

Yeah I couldn't gain access to it but now it's up. I'm going to try and work out Why I can't get the Patient Transport Skin to Work

This is a Queensland Emergency Paramedic Skin with a Patient Transport Skin Coming Soon :) Please Do Not upload the Skin anywhere else. I am not sure How long the Patient Transport skin will be. I have it made and in game under Sprinter_Sign_2 with Patient Transport Service on the Window but it still spawns in game as Emergency Paramedic so I'm working on it. Enjoy -

Ok so I downloaded the New Ambulance by MOOSE. After that I loaded GTA V went into Agency Callouts and set the Agency to Paramedic. I got Three different callouts requiring the patient to get into the ambulance by pressing T but each time they just stood outside the vehicle and wouldn't get in. They wouldn't even spawn in. Then I re-installed Agency Callout's because SNIT said the plugin could have been broken, I tried again but still no change. The final thing I tried was a Indecent Exposure Callout and the guy got into the front of the ambulance without any problems. and he got home. Does that make sense

It will be on LSPDFR in less the half an Hour ok. GTA V Mods takes about 2 Days to be Approve it will be on both sites. but this site before 12 ok ok Cool. QLD Emergency and Patient Transport Skins will be up Shortly. Ok @MooseYTY so I took a Callout for Indecent Exposure in the Ambulance and offered the guy a lift home and he got into the front of the Ambulance no worries so i don't know know the Ambulance required pedestrian didn't get in for Agency callouts. I even re-installed Agency so yeah.?

Is it easy to upload things on here. and how quickly does it take files to be processed? I've only ever used GTA V Mods

No fresh Callout. I turn up on screen. it says lead the patient to the Ambulance and press T to allow them to hop in. But after pressing T the ped just stands on the outside of the vehicle without getting in. and i tried it three times before messaging you It's Agency callout's and an Updated version

yeah I mean the pedestrian for LSPDFR Ambulance callouts. They don't get in the vehicle they just stand on the outside of it
