  1. Thats actually what I have been testing and it does seem to have worked. Thanks for your help :)
  2. I know this doesn't really help but your LCPDFR.log is very similar to mine. Does your game normally crash during a pursuit while the police radio is calling out the street names? Im struggling myself with my game crashing frequently at the minute and I have tested it quite a lot now and it only ever seems to crash during some kind or pursuit when the police radio is calling out street names. If you look at yours frequently the last lines of the log are "No audio found" for a street name (then i assume the log has stopped because your game has crashed). Not sure if this is your problem (or mine for that matter) but like I said I have done quite a lot of testing with it now. I went through and picked some of them out, again im not sure this is the problem but it doesn't seem like a coincidence to me.
  3. Yeah I tried that, didn't work. Is there maybe a way to stop all radio? Anything to stop the scripts running would be great.
  4. 10 minutes most of the time, not that it makes any difference because regardless of how long it takes to crash every time it crashes the last thing in the log is the missing audio error. Also I tried playing without answering any callouts but with lcpdfr on and I could play with no problems. So you think it is just a coincidence that all the crashes I have had so far always end in the same error? And I don't use mods its the base game with the latest lcpdfr. What I need is a way of disabling it to then test it and see for myself if it works or not, otherwise its just guessing.
  5. Firstly you should go into your GTA 4 folder and use the LCPDFR uninstall in there and then install 1.0. If you want to install modded cars you should use the GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer. Finally the taxi bug will probably happen anyway but there are plenty of places where you can download a fix for that.
  6. I had the same problem, the best thing to do is just bind the keys to something else in the LCPDFR configuration settings. GTA -> LCPDFR -> LCPDFR (text doc) -> "UpdateCalloutState=" should near the bottom.
  7. My game is crashing within 10 minutes and according to the logs it seems obvious that it is because of the audio [ERROR - 22:05:56] [Authentication] Authentication: Error 0x320 [ERROR - 22:05:56] [Authentication] Authentication: Authentication failed [iNFO - 22:05:56] [Authentication] Authentication: Failed to authenticate [WARNING - 10:06:03 PM] [script.AttackInBuilding] Could not find a suitable location [WARNING - 22:06:19] [AudioDatabase] GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: DENVER-EXETER_AVE [WARNING - 22:10:28] [AudioDatabase] GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: CALCIUM_ST [WARNING - 6:50:35 PM] [AudioHelper] streetName Union_Drive_West [WARNING - 6:51:21 PM] [script.CalloutManager] EndCurrentCallout: No callout running [WARNING - 18:53:40] [AudioDatabase] GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: AMSTERDAM_LANE [WARNING - 18:53:40] [AudioDatabase] GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: CALCIUM_ST [WARNING - 22:19:03] [AudioDatabase] GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: CALCIUM_ST [WARNING - 22:33:53] [AudioDatabase] GetAudioFileForAction: No file found for: FELDSPAR_ST [iNFO - 10:34:24 PM] [] Cleaner deleted 10 peds. Does anyone have suggestions? its certainly not a coincidence that these are always before the crash, its pretty much the only problem I run into and there must be a way to stop the police radio running the scripts? Makes little sense to me that the game crashes because it can't find audio surely it would just not load it and move on? I have found other posts with the same errors just before the game crashes but never any answers. Use the edit button to add more information to your posts. Posts merged. -Staff
