Update: So I've managed to finally install them; however, only Police 1 works with ELC.

I am trying to install these. I looked at the readme file, but I don't have a mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\rde\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\rdevehicles.rpf\ folder. I put them in x64.rpf folder, but it made me re-download something, so I have no clue now.

@cjr10621 No, it was white and had an orange line similar to the blue line.

Hello guys, I have looked and looked, but I just can't find it. I seen it on YouTube, but now I can't find it. It looks like this below, except it has an orange line. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

Hello, I live in TN and the only police cars I would like to use are the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Would it be possible for someone to make a complete Tennessee Highway Patrol? Thanks! Also, here are some of the images.

Thanks for the help guys! I finally got it working! I had to load the plugin is why I couldn't get it to work. And @MoreTextures I'll have to try that sometime!

I put the file in the directory and installed it with the exe.

Alright, I just installed it and it doesn't work. I've tried mashing every key too. Any advice?

Alright, I've looked for indicator lights and I just can't seem to find any. I'm new to the forums thing, so don't be to rough with me. :P So, when I pull up to a light and I want to turn right, how do I turn my right blinker on?
