I'm not completly sure but it's the same with my liveries. I guess it's the way OpenIV renders that specific shader. I used vehicle_paint6 to support bump maps.- 18 comments

Well, it represents an actual vehicle used by the LASD. Here is a somewhat recent photo. A different station is also using the Federal Signal Vista, which is an older lightbar, but I don't really like it - photo here. And thanks :)

A mountain rescue unit of the Los Santos County Sheriff patrolling the Mount Chiliad tourist trail. -
Most likely going to be locked. But I thought about releasing the cab/chassis as a DEV model. Nonetheless, thats a long way to go. I just started with getting it in-game and struggling with the materials :D -
Well during the research I did, I found out it must be a 1999 Ford Super Duty XLT. It is indeed quite old, but it seems they still have some of them in service according to this Facebook post. Though they are part of the Sheriffs department they seem to be mainly volunteers / reserve deputies. And yep, I thought about making two versions: a clean version and a beater version.
