Blobby got a reaction from 2 Girls 1 Cop Police GTA for a file, OC Sprayed!Description
This is a revamp of smojo's original OC Spray script, picking up where it left off and fixing many of the issues seen in that mod. A new pepper spray can model has been added, NPC use functionality added and interfacing with the LSPDFR API to properly work during pursuits. (Because it uses the LSPDFR API the plugin only works when on duty)
Features
New animations and sounds, better emulating the real effect of pepper spray New Spray can model Interfacing with the LSPDFR API to work during pursuits NPCs can now use the OC Spray Much smoother spray animation Small chance the subject will fight back 3 (in-game) metre working distance- You must be close to the target Install
Simply download with Lenny's Mod Manager
To spawn
It should be automatically added to your inventory when you go on duty. You can also manually add it:
When in game, press F4 to access the RagePluginHook Console and type "GiveWeapon WEAPON_OCSPRAY" without the quotations and press enter. Alternatively, you can add the entry to whatever loadout you want in the inventory xml as seen below.
Setup for NPCs (advanced users)
In "lspdfr\data\custom\inventory_eup.xml", simply add <StunWeapon chance="40">WEAPON_OCSPRAY</StunWeapon> below the stungun entry for patrol (if you want it to spawn with the patrol loadout). Change the chance to whatever you want, although I recommend to keep it below 100 and retain the taser as the OCSpray doesn't cause the suspect to surrender immediately- they'll just keep running until tased or the player arrests them.
Requirements
LSPDFR 0.4.7
RPH 1.74
Lenny's Mod Loader
Demonstration
Known Issues
- If an AI ped is shooting the spray towards the player, whizzing sounds are heard as if bullets are whizzing past
- AI spraying while running is not very accurate
- Sometimes the ped's screaming/coughing sounds don't play
- Ped doesn't surrender immediately if sprayed during a pursuit (LSPDFR API Limitation)
- Any cop sprayed during a pursuit will just stand there after the effects wear off, rendering them useless

Blobby got a reaction from ZackP for a file, Quarantime! CalloutsIntroducing my first callout pack, Quarantime!
Description
San Andreas has been placed into lockdown amidst a global pandemic. Sorry, did you say San Andreas? Have fun enforcing that!
This callout pack is loosely based on the restrictions currently in force in Sydney, Australia, where stay at home orders are in place.
Callouts
Features:
- Each callout has many different possibilities of ending!
- Localisation options for AU/US/UK for weapon wielding probabilities
- Automatic Backup settings customisable in the ini (Uses LSPDFR 0.4's default backup system)
- Utilises many different speech lines to ensure you don't get the same conversation over and over again
Large Gathering:
A group of 5+ people have been spotted breaking social distancing rules amidst the pandemic. But remember, you are in San Andreas, this will be no easy task. You will need backup, and possibly lots of it, as things may go wild!
- Contains over 400 spawn locations
- Customisable settings including maximum number of peds, automatic backup and number of backup units
- Custom Pursuit AI, if peds are undisturbed, all pursuit peds will get into the same car
Quarantine Evader:
Citizens that have come into contact with confirmed cases or returned from overseas are ordered into compulsory quarantine for fourteen days. It is against the law to leave the house for any reason. You might think, hey, someone evading quarantine? BORING! But you forgot that this is San Andreas. The people here are crazy.
- Contains over 500 spawn locations
- Includes a BOLO portion, where the vehicle color can be used to identify the vehicle
Business Defying Lockdown:
The government has ordered the shutdown of non-essential businesses throughout the San Andreas area, in an attempt to flatten the curve. However, it is San Andreas, so naturally there will be non-essential businesses still open.
- Contains over 200 spawn locations
Person coughing on others deliberately:
Someone has been reported for coughing on others in public. It is up to you to address this concern.
- Contains over 400 spawn locations
Install
Drag and drop the folders into your main GTA folder!
Requirements
RECOMMENDED: 0.1x Ped, 0.1x Traffic gameconfig.xml for more realistic quarantine
https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars
REQUIRED:
LSPDFR 0.4.7, RPH 1.74
Known Issues
- May cause game to crash if you unload the LSPDFR plugin in the RPH console
- When force ending the callout mid-way, LSPDFR might crash
- Help dialog box sometimes flickers

Blobby got a reaction from enart for a file, Coastal Callouts Australia-NSW AddonThis is an ADD-ON pack for Coastal Callouts, which converts the vehicles, peds, buildings, and configuration files to an Australian (NSW )theme. All vehicles in the default Coastal Callouts package have been updated with Australian textures or replaced with new models.

Blobby got a reaction from IcelandicPolice for a file, Quarantime!
Blobby got a reaction from jayden132015 for a file, OC Sprayed!Description
