I'm just saying invest in something that goes beyond GTA 4 since you plan on playing other games beside it but its just my opinion. It is his money but like he said above he plans on playing other games beside GTA 4...I'm just trying to inform him that building for one game doesn't make a ton of sense unless that is all you plan on playing but its his money and its just my opinion.

The point is you can build a better one for probably the same price as those and why would you build for just one game? that doesn't really make sense.

Cars require Open IV its really easy you just find the Models folder under PC and go to cdimages and find the Vehicles file and Match up the files to the Vanilla ones and remember to BACKUP YOU VANILLA GAME do it now before you replace anything. And adding scripts is easy as well if you need help just pm me.

Make sure you save the commandline after editing it with those and yes you should and you should be able to freely change all your in-game settings with that.

right click in your GTA 4 Directory and go to new and go down to Text Document. After that name it commandline and open it up with notepad and post this : -nomemrestrict -noprecache -novblank -norestrictions

are you using a commandline?

You definitely could upgrade that GPU from a 570 to probably a 760 or a 770 by MSI that I have.Also I have a Antec case and the thing is huge.

I never saw partners causing stability issues just recently this whole arresting without warning is annoying.

No my actual partner he arrest people at will its pretty annoying

Is it me or are the partners you pick now are a little to straight to the point now...I have had way too many times where I ask a suspect for his ID and I check it and that's as far as I get before my partner arrest the guy. Seems like having a partner is pointless now with that happening and solo patrols for me are happening more often.

You could try CryENB v2 its geared to give better performance but still look good.

yeah turn it up 800 might be to your liking but you can always lower it and let me know if it works.
