Too much room for error... if a pop group or popcycle that has too many peds present, the more likely that vehicle will be driven by such entities residing in that group. The Cop and Security popcycle have greater control methods in place... which is why I mentioned them. Cops will only populate a police vehicle, as security with a Stockade. Any anomalies within these groups (the added peds) will only be granted access to vehicles that are not police vehicles and Stockades. Your method leaves airport works, dock works, etc... open to using the vehicle he only wants occupied by a specific ped. Trust me, my way is far more accurate.

Tom, 1. Limit the vehicle to only one popcycle group within the cargrp.dat file, such as # POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS or # POPCYCLE_GROUP_SECURITY 2. Limit the actual ped (you're using for this mod) to only one popcycle group within the pedgrp.dat file, such as # POPCYCLE_GROUP_COPS or # POPCYCLE_GROUP_SECURITY ... but both 1 and 2 must match the popcycle group you decided on. 3. Lastly, use cp702 traffic spawn mod on creating this constant balance or connection between the ped and vehicle.

Tom vehicle.ide is quite useless on those type of things... believe me! If you can describe in full what you're trying to accomplish, may be I can help you... especially avoid dead-ends and headaches.

I love vehicles with lots of flash... but something irritates me about those lights being in the hood scoop. Just isn't right... like the department was just being wasteful with money.

One is an non-ELS SRT-8 on some russian site and the other one I can't quite remember the file name... it had NIS in it from GPM.

Besides the haahaa I see LCPD remark… what other police jurisdiction has spoiler (wing) mounted chargers? I would like to see more spoiler mounted Charger mods... I only know of 3 mods currently with them, one being a 2012 charger thats pretty nice.

Have to agree, the AI sucks in GTA 4... especially the brain-dead driving that goes on. The most annoying is the cops AI when it comes to driving... for some odd reason they become more brain-dead than usual when LCPDFR is active. However I don't think its going to change....

For those having an issue, please state the error, if any, and the point and time it happens (during boot or car spawn). 50ish downloads here, 45-55 downloads between the original temp links and only 2 reports of issues sounds (is) a very small failure rate. However, we believe in helping out and trying to get things resolved. So, any additional info will help....
