    This shouldn’t be a problem on a server. However, you can use a photo program like IrfanView that can do size resampling with batch conversion (all at once). http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm

    Because the numbering scheme doesn't fit nowhere else other than California (err, San Andreas), when dealing with other agencies. Plus many of the livery designs / designers have specialized plates with their own numbering scheme and style.

    Maybe a subsection for different vehicles perhaps? But yes, I do agree, nothing wrong with these mods. Heck, maybe bringing in more additional traffic to the site, isn't a bad thing. I don't see GTA5-mods members complaining about emergency vehicles being on that site. Seriously, just have fun guys and girls...
