    It's bit of a secret... something all of LSPDFR members/users will be enjoying soon. Something that was needed in GTA IV, but never materialized because the engine or tools weren't in place. That being said, GTA V policing just got more interesting and exciting. Until then, stay tuned for more random hints... :)

    Yes, the older vinyl wrap was more expensive... and somewhat of an eye-sore (too busy looking) to some in the department.

    Yes. Cost saving measure for any new 2015-16 vehicles entering into the fleet and revamping any CVPI that are still cruising. However, the previous liveries (vehicles) are still in the fleet.
