Cost saving measure for any new 2015-16 vehicles entering into the fleet and revamping any CVPI that are still cruising. However, the previous liveries (vehicles) are still in the fleet.

Didn't know that. I've seen a photo of a 2015 charger with this livery taken at an event I guess and thought it was a recruiting or 4th of july event car. I didn't know it was the new livery. It looks good though. I like it. Similar to their old blue stripe one they were using before the switching to the city skyline one.
