FIrst a question Do you Live in Dallas? and secondly can U make the Black and Whiite skins that Dallas uses Now im sure theres probly some pictures at Dallaspolice.net or what ever there link is xD. anyways a few of the Tahoes now are slick tops that use the blue and white skins so if u can find a tahoe model that looks similar to the Dallas police slick tops :D

  4. Ok thxs i didnt know slot 4 didnt work for rotors

I downloaded a pretty cool silverado to mess with in the game cuase of the rotors with the ELS 8 files. however event though my slotcontrol file is on and matches the preset els file that came with the download its still on steady burn. picture can be found at http://imgur.com/QgLrrfq It was orginally sloted for police2 i changed it to police4 not that should matter im assuming the police cruisers all are set the same i doubt changing it to police4 messed anything up but u nvr know let me know any information that may help solve the rotor issue :)
