    I've been searching for these skins and never could find anything. So I decided to attempt to make it myself. Leave feedback and comments. Side note: I'm the first to make this on GTA IV :) Vehicle made by CJ24.

    It really depends on your computer. I use Fraps. It works really good for me. I've tried to use Bandicam and when I record, it works well but when I watch the video, it's really laggy... Don't know why tho...
