I've been looking into making a pack and I've noticed that there are few light bars I could use that look like welsh ones. So hopefully I would like to make my own. I understand 3ds Max or similar may be required but is there a light bar making tutorial or thread? Many thanks

I've created this skin to add to my North wales collection. This skin is 100% accurate to current vehicle. However the car it is on is slightly older so you'll have to forgive that! The car model can be found here (you will need the Area/patrol version NOT the dog handler version.): Massive thanks to Kinksta for making the car.

North Wales fire and rescue service use beige coloured PPE at current. I've looked very closely at the uniform first hand as I am a Fire Cadet with the fire brigade. The uniform has the correct reflective markings and the correct identification on the back.

Hey, I'm very familiar with replacing models for GTA4 but since I'm using a clan pack which is all finely tuned i don't want to use GTA4 for testing models and skins. So i've been wanting to use EFLC The lost and damned however every time i change the model of the police officer it does not change ingame! I've tried to use SparkIV and OpenIV to change the models and they successfully change within the programs but when i load the games they're still the same old original cops! I don't know what to do!

A ped for the m_y_cop model. It's heavily based on North wales police including force logos and the word "heddlu" meaning police in welsh. They're my first every textured peds so let me know what you think! Don't worry they're all clean and they all suit the role of a police officer with different vests and jackets. Find the original american versions here:

I would like to add i understand modelling is hard and takes some time! therefore this is here incase someone is bored and fancies making someone happy. Unfortunately I cannot pay for it. I have been looking for a modern FLS appliance for a while now and haven't found one anywhere, the closest i get is a mercedes Atego which we in wales do not use. Find below some pictures as to what an FLS pump is. It's a fire engine! there are probably none because few people use them! No skins will be necessary as I'll be making some North Wales fire and rescue ones. If you decide to take up the task then feel free to message me and ask for more pictures! (I'm a fire Cadet in prestatyn and we're in the appliance bay often so snapping some real reference pictures will be easy to do) Many, Many thanks
