  1. Alright, I am still working on the skin but I think I can go ahead and release the WIP version, as it already looks amazing in game (for me anyways). Here is the WIP version, I do plan on making several changes, such as placement and adding some more decals and a district name. Probably just going to go with Los Santos. This skin will work for any model that is based off of F5544's CVPI. Enjoy.
  2. Amazing, downloading now. I've been trying to find a template for the Speedo or the Rumpo van for GTA V but can only find police versions. I'd like to make a skin for the civilian model. Is there any way you could release a stock Rumpo with a template?
  3. I've always liked the color setup of Ohio's sheriff vehicles. I live here, and I work down the street from the Sheriff's Office, I see these go by all the time. I decided to start working on a skin for the CVPI by F5544. The original model is the CVPI LAPD Whelen lightbar (F5544) by PimDSLR. There is still some placement issues, I'm not that good at matching up stuff with the template, but I am getting better. I do plan on releasing this when I am happy with the way it looks. I will probably change up some of the text and logo's so they say Los Santos and stuff on them, so it looks like it belongs.
  4. People might hate me for saying this, but everything on the vehicle is great but the turning signals for the rear. I believe that there is a separate indicator below the brake light for the turning signals on the Impala. I'm not sure if it just isn't possible to make it like that or what, but it would be cool if you could fix that. Unless I don't know what I'm talking about, I could be wrong. Just not a fan of vehicles that have the indicator built into the brake light, because at night you literally can't tell if your turn signal is on or not. Other than that, fantastic car!
  5. I am looking for a templated Bravado Rumpo or a Vapid Speedo. I would like to make custom textures for these vehicles and am having trouble with the standard GTA V templates.
  6. The model is great and I have it replacing the Police4 unmarked unit. The only thing bad that I noticed was that the front turn indicators don't seem to exist. I have looked in the model files and compared it with my normal '99 vic and I think its an issue in the model itself, but I don't know, I'm not a mod creator. Also, the pics show a lightbar inside behind the windshield, but when I spawn mine in, it only has grille lights and rear lights.
  7. gamepro552 posted a gallery image in GTA V Galleries
  8. Is there a normal LSPD skin out there? I currently have the 1999 Crown Vic as a LSPD patrol car and the LSSD cruiser, I would love to replace the 1999 one with this model but I can't find matching skins.
  9. Haven't been on LCPDFR in awhile, and I just noticed that you replied to my suggestion here, I don't know if my post made you make this script, but I have been using it for quite awhile now. Thank you so much :)
  10. Hey guys, I've never been one for modding, definitely not scripting and stuff..but I thought I would give textures a try. I know its not too complicated, but I made something and I'm feeling pretty proud of it. I've been an employee at Rent-A-Center in Xenia, Ohio for about a month now, and I couldn't help but give the Mule a RAC texture. It still has a few things that bug me, and believe it or not, I'm kind of a perfectionist. Who knows, I might even upload it when I like the way it looks. Let me know what you guys think. I took the logo and stuff directly from this image: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/5/58/Ractruck1.jpg
  11. Hello all, I was thinking today while playing LSPDFR that it would be really nice to be able to freeze the traffic in a certain radius so when I am doing crime scene clean-up, the AI doesn't get impatient/spooked and start running into everything. I've noticed that there can be a really good crime scene going on, with multiple officers and medics responding and looking around the area, and a person will just get tired of waiting and ram right into a police vehicle or even run over a cop. The cops then get angry and a start shooting the person that ran into the officer and killing them, and then the perfect scene you had is ruined by more dead people and crashed cars. I remember there was a pretty easy to use traffic control script for LCPDFR that let you freeze traffic in an area and then let them go again when the road was clear. I'd also like the ability to place down road barriers (that work) to seal off a crime scene. I really think GTA V has great potential in the type of things that can happen, and clean-up and investigation could be really impressive. I love how the police will walk up to a body and stand there with the paramedics like they are talking about what happened and keeping the scene clear, but impatient NPC's can ruin the whole experience. I hope someone that knows how to actually make scripts/mods will take my idea into consideration. I am sure that somewhere someone has already planned this, or it was thought of, but I just want to make sure that this suggestion is out there.
  12. Hey guys, I don't know if you know about this awesome person named Jeff Favignano, but he has inspired me to make my own Youtube series playing GTA V Online with my friends. We have a custom game mode we set up, and we are going to be role playing as police, I'm sure you get the idea. I'm so hyped about the development of LSPDFR and plan on making a series playing that as well. Anyways, here is the trailer for my series: (Please note, I'm not an expert at making videos and hope to get better as time goes on, constructive criticism is welcomed.)
  13. Check to make sure your RAM sticks are identical or at least the same speed. Sometimes, if they are different speeds, your motherboard will only use the fastest one. So maybe one of your 3GB sticks is a faster clock speed than your other one and your motherboard is only using that stick.
  14. The Speedo page links me to a LCPDFR - Error page. Is the link down?
  15. Simply amazing, thank you so much.
  16. Hey guys, can someone please help me get this skin fitted on this template for this CVPI? I really like the skin, and I have a Charger using it, but the skin doesn't quite fit on the CVPI model that I have installed. Here is the template and the skin that I would like. I'm not an expert at this...
  17. Hey guys, I've posted about this problem before, and I've tried multiple different models from different people and they all have this problem. People that are put in the back seat go through the roof because the seat position is set to high, or the vehicle model is just to small to fit a person back there. I like this model, but this just ruins it for me. Does anyone know about a dodge charger (ELS) that doesn't have this problem? Or maybe a possible fix for this?
  18. Thank you for the information, very helpful.
