I need some major help with this. I had decided to reinstall LSPDFR and mods for it, after installing ragepluginhook and about 10-12 mods for LSPDFR, ragepluginhook turned from its normal icon to a plain white paper icon. Confused, I tried to start it up, and it came up with what's in proof picture 1. It doesn't start up the game at all, instead just comes up with that error message. So I continued to mod out my game, however, when I moved the files from the mods into my GTA5 directory, what happened in proof picture 2 occurred. I tried to research this all over Google to no avail, I even tried RagePluginHook's Discord and nobody helped me. Upon attempting to delete the file, it comes up with what is in proof picture 3. When I click try again or continue to these error messages, they load for a second and then come back up with the same exact error message, in an endless loop. I tried going into its properties, but it won't recognize the settings I set. I can't run it as administrator, I can't rename or delete it, as they are all blocked saying I have no permission to make changes to the file. Adds so much realism, I for one love the logs of incidents. If you don't like all the paperwork behind this (why else would you install it? lol), there are other features in this application that still make it fun and realistic to use! Tired of writing invisible tickets in game? This application has a "New Traffic Citation" form which models a ticket! Not only does it include that, it also involves parking citation tickets, and a whole L.S. Municipal code for your reference. If you do like the paperwork aspect, well, this mod adds so much for you to do. From incident reports to traffic stop reports, this application will keep you busy during your patrol! tl;dr Realistic mod Tons of report forms Plenty citation forms Logs every form for future reference - including tickets I have 2 things I suggest improving on, the siren at the program startup and close half scared me to death. There is an option to turn it off, but @SgtFluffy, I suggest turning it down if possible. Also, at the moment, the Municipal Code only has parking offenses. If this can be updated with traffic offenses as well as normal offenses, that would be amazing.- 79 comments

@Lt.CaineThis mod is amazing. So well needed, and I've been waiting for it for a VERY long time! However, I have discovered a minor bug that can be annoying, it is when you pull someone over, and they pullover, but say you don't like where they pull over, so you hold down the horn at them. They accelerate very quickly in a straight line, even if there's a turn or people in their path. A way around it is when they pull over, you simply can press shift to cancel the traffic stop, then re-initiate it. I have videotaped the event. (it will happen with any suspect vehicle, time, location, weather, road condition, etc.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPpeIAOrUuI&feature=youtu.be Edit: Still not fixed (for me at least) as of ELS version 1.05. EDIT EDIT: Turns out this is a feature, not a bug. In your ELS.ini file, make sure to change "ElsTrafCtrlOn" to false. I am in the process of creating a Tahoe sound mod, and since I have no where else to obtain said sounds, I am using YouTube and downloading the clip, throwing it into Audacity, and making it about +5-10DB loud. Whenever I test the sounds in game, they are VERY quiet (barely audible) and I tried turning it up more in Audacity, but it only distorts the sound. If I could get some help from someone who has created a vehicle sound mod, it would be amazing.

One of my new favorite mods, I absolutely love it and use it all the time since I have installed. However, it does take a bit of practice to know how to talk to the mod (never thought I'd ever say that ever in my life)... After you do so though, it gives LSPDFR a whole new feel. Hats off to @turbofandude for this amazing mod. 5/5 As @BTheGamer2 said, try to add in tow truck, coroner, and request to pit and this mod would be better than it already is.- 587 comments

Yes, you are talking about season 28, and I believe the one I am talking about is from season 21-23. It is almost the same as this situation, except there was no car blocking the front of the drunk driver.

I know how to fix that. You need to go to your RageHook.ini in your main gta5 directory and erase the line "TimeScale=1". It should fix it.

I like it, but the skin for the actual LSPD police is all white for me, including the text, so it's hard to read. I included a pic of it to show you what I mean. Very good model otherwise!
