Well for one. The people who complain about the livery are on the OSP Facebook page. ( But now here Lol ) ""cough Salty people"" I don't care if people don't like it. Lol they gonna have to get used to it. And the unmarked chargers and unmarked Tahoe's aren't the only one used for traffic enforcement. I have seen multiple marked units with the new livery and with the old. "Who cares if it's easy to spot, that's not the point" actually it is part of the point lol. So sorry if you can't figure that out.... I'm not talking about the reflective part of the livery. I drive on I-5 pass the OSP Station everyday and notice it first hand.... the difference that you can spot thr navy blue so easy that people slow down so early just to get away with the fact they were speeding. Well compared to the new livery, I have witnessed people getting pulled over A Lot! We have a speeding and careless driving issue around Salem. Matter of fact in Oregon. So it's really effective and effencient.... So you can hate it. Idc. Have your opinion about it. But uh,, there's a lot of reasonings for it Bud! 😉 And I'm a P71 Crown Vic fan myself. I'll say the navy blue livery on those vic's were AMAZING! But the Crown Victoria's are all nearly gone. Good luck to find any on the road. Literally the only purpose for them are (police training) I know it sucks but. It's time to let the past go. " Gone with the old, In with the New "

I Live in Salem, Oregon.. The Reason OSP Came Out with New liveries is because they are Cheaper, Sleek, And Stealth. You can't tell it's a OSP unless you're near it from these Liveries! The navy Blues are Really Way to easy to spot and its More Efficient for OSP to catch Law Breakers with the New Liveries! Even on the OSP Facebook Page, People criticize and only view it off of the Style but with the lack of knowledge or careless to even figure why it changed with a legitimate reason....

San Andrea State Police (Oregon Based)
Great Job on the Livery! I live In Salem, Oregon. We have a OSP Office in our City limits and I have to say the New Liveries OSP have are Really Clean and Sleek! No one usually expects the new liveries to be cops due to having our Navy Blue for so long! So works out Great for catching Law Breakers. People in Oregon complain that they changed the look of the livery but its Cheaper and Gets the Job done in a New Stealth way! You can't really tell the new liveries that there would be a cop around, now for the Navy blues,, Easy to spot..... Hope it would be cool to use these liveries for my FiveM Server?

Newbie here
1. Download a program called OpenIV and run it and find your GTA IV Directory. ( WHEN You run OpenIV, make sure you RUN as ADMINISTRATOR) 2. Car mods: On Open IV (look up top and you will see a little box called "edit mode" click that and say yes. Then find (Grand theft Auto IV-PC-Models-CDimages-Vehicles.IMG) once you see a view of a crap ton of vehicle names example "police2.wft/wtd" Car mods step2: (example) have a police car mod that has police.wft & police.wtd.) Put the 2 files to your desktop then drag and highlight the 2 files and drop them in the OpenIV Vehicles.img. (NOTE: If they don't transfer then you have to replace the models individually. by right clicking on the name.wft/wtd and go to replace) 3. Script mods ( ELS, LCPDFR..... ) go to google and type in "gta iv .net scripthook" download it from the website that shows up. open your Grand theft Auto IV directory folder. open the scripthook file and drag and drop all the files to your IV directory. then download the newest version of lcpdfr and do the same thing. there even should be a read me file to show you instructions.. then hey if u want ELS do the same thing Lol! 4. Weapon/ped models look up on google "how to install gta 4 weapon mods" "How to install Gta 4 Ped Mods" (its a bit different then installing car mods) 5. sound mods look up a tutorial on google.. although the directory for sounds is " Grand Theft Auto IV- PC- Audio- SFX" (NOTE: IF YOU DON"T HAVE WINRAR, DOWNLOAD IT. Ya KINDA NEED IT :P) Hope that help! :P - Tooth

how to get car mods working
have you tried to drag and drop the files on OpenIV.. If thats the case, i have had issues myself on replacing the files when i drag and drop. I think it may be an OpenIV Bug on the newest update... i could be wrong though.. on OpenIV I'd replace the files individually and it should work!
