    Nice Textures, they somewhat resemble BCSO. As an employee for BCSO (NOT A COP) I can kinda nitpick on the textures and choice of vehicles. First of the grey should be more metallic and lighter, the blue and yellow needs to be a tad lighter, and on the CVPI the whole stripe should be carried all the way forward. For vehicle wise, I've only seen us use the last gen Tahoe, the CVPI (some don't even start haha), Explorer FPIU, and I've seen the occasional Taurus FPI. Otherwise nice attempt on remaking them into GTA V.

    You don't really need a fully new build. If you have a loud computer, get new fans that are quiet, make the CPU to liquid cooled, and etc. For a better gaming experience, just get a new GPU like a GTX 970 and get more ram.

    ​ ​ ​You can't import a right-hand vehicle in the US because of a dumb law. Not unless the vehicle is over 25 years old of age (that is why we are starting to see Nissan Skyline R32 in the US) or you are using it as a show car only with special permits. I recommend looking through wrecked new Caprices being auctioned off, could be a chance that it is still repairable. Though I heard rumors that a dealership in Washingon DC was selling brand-new civillian Caprices on their lot exclusively. Otherwise you could wait a year or two for the retired ones roll down to auction or craigslist

    If you want to run one. I recommend Games4Video because its not as gpu intensive as other enbs are.

    I would say that GPU is not the strongest of the bunch. I had a similar card before in a buddy's build and it would run GTAIV with 25 frames (NO ENB). Get that replaced if you want to run one.
