    Just an update on this story..Today we found out that the Trooper who shot the suspect was justified (as if there was any question about it) as he was only acting in self defense for himself as well as protecting the other Troopers on scene. The Trooper who was shot by the suspect is doing well and is back patrolling on regular duty. It's nice to see that the Trooper that fired at and killed the suspect did not hesitate at all, but instead just acted swiftly to protect the Troopers around him.
