Over the past day I've fixed all the bugs listed yesterday, put a black background in the corner lights to make the glass stand out more like it does on the other pods, and remapped the glass and emissives to textures that allow for high customization easily:

There are a few minor issues that need to be fixed such as an edge sticking out of the lightbar a little, and some clipping issues inside. But I'm really impressed with how it turned out so far!
