Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help 
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

This is a 2011 CVPI, Inspired by the Washington State Patrol! This mod has three vehicle variants a Whelen Edge 9000, Whelen Ultra Freedom, and a Whelen Liberty. All three variations have a Whelen Dominator. The vehicles, feature take down and alley lights. All credits belong to the CREATORS of the assets i used to bring this vehicle to life!!

How to install:
Open iv/mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf or whatever police vehicle you decide to replace.
 
Please leave a comment!! And let me know how i did!
 
All i did was scale and move all assets i used on the vehicle or inside.
ELS lighting on vehicle was made to work properly by me.
I removed both front driver and front passenger door trim package. 
SASP(WSP) livery edited by me to fit the 2011 CVPI.

This Dodge Charger is based off of Bay Minette,Alabama Police Department. I tried to make it accurate to the real thing as I could. It does have two extra's,9 and 12, that are a surgical mask for the rearview mirror and a wrap for the rambar. There are some options in the download for you. Such as rim color,window tint and ELS colors.Even a few extra liveries I made for fun. Don't forget to install the VCF!
 
 
To install the model:
1)Get OpenIV
2)Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/click on vehicles.rpf
3)Make sure edit mode is on at the top right and click the green "plus" up top.
4)Import the police2.yft,police2_hi and police2.ytd
 
To install ELS .VCF:
1)With normal window browser(not openIV) got to local disk C/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V/ELS/pack_default
2)Drag and drop the police2.xml that was provided in the download. The provided .VCF is to ensure correct lighting patterns and extra's.
 
To install extra options in the folders:
1)With OpenIV navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/latest patch day number/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/props/vehicles.rpf and look for police2.ytd
2)Make sure edit mode is on
3)Click import
4)Naviate to where the extra optional textures are and click on them
5)Click save

How to Install?
Firstly, you should have and need the vehicle model;
Secondly, using OpenIV, navigate to mods\update\x64e\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf as well as mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
And lastly, double click on  police.ytd and replace the textures with mine. DONE

A simple, sleek, beautiful 2011 Ford Crown Victoria with an amazing Code 3 RX2700! This model is probably my favorite I have done so far. I hope you guys enjoy it as much as I do!
 
Installation and Usage
Installation for this modification is very straightforward! 
To install simply navigate to the following path in OpenIV!
update.rpf\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\

How to Install?
Firstly, you should have and need the vehicle model;
Secondly, using OpenIV, navigate to mods\update\x64e\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
And lastly, double click on  ambulance.ytd and replace the textures with mine. DONE
DO NOT UPLOAD THESE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
