  1. Did you fart, because you just blew me away
  2. Quote from ODMP: "Officer Wilson went into the store to conduct the security check and to buy a video game for one of his sons. While he was inside two brothers entered the store and announced a robbery, not noticing Officer Wilson inside or the patrol car parked out front."
  3. After following making a new command line to reduce lag spikes, the graphics settings are stuck at low settings and it won't let me change them. The command line I used is: "availablevideomem 2.048". I followed the steps in this article: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200145206-Issues-with-GTA-IV-showing-video-cards-with-over-2GB-as-under-spec
  4. Found this a while a go:
  5. You could work on the design a bit more and make it more centered.
  6. You need to change the setting "drive by weapon" or something along those lines. It's near the top of the ped spawning list
  7. For lengthy periods of time the framerate drops so low that I can't control the character. Then it's normal for like 5 seconds and then back to the lag. It happens the least at night. Also, I just upgraded a GPU if that helps I've tried multiple command lines such as: "availablevidmem (some number)" Operating System Windows 8.1 64-bit CPU AMD FX-8100 Zambezi 32nm Technology RAM 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 534MHz (7-7-7-20) Motherboard ASRock 960GM-GS3 FX (CPUSocket) Graphics G246HL (1920x1080@60Hz) 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti (EVGA) Storage 931GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 (SATA) Optical Drives TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-224DB
  8. Lock on to a ped and press CTRL+E marks them as wanted. Alt+E reports events to dispatch.
  9. For the command line setting "avaliblevidmem" you have to put the amount of video memory you have after that. Where can I find how much video memory I have?
  10. I use this: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
  11. Upon installing the game, I tried to run LaunchGTAIV.exe but it gave me this error: After spamming me with the same error, the program launched normally with no problems. I also got the same error when trying to run the LCPDFR diagnostics tool:http://www.lcpdfr.com/uploads/monthly_02_2015/post-148590-0-64402300-1423622050.png
  12. The Interview was pretty good.
  13. Should I increase the number or decrease it?

  15. Every 30 seconds the game's frame rate will just drop to a point were I can't control the character. 10 seconds later it's normal. This appears to happen during transitioning from day to night. Also, I just upgraded a GPU if that helps Make sure you aren't using a crack -check Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - check Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.-check Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"-check Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder-check Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.-check Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.-check Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012-check I also have no other mods installed.
