A laptop is fine if it meets the specs and has adequate Cooling. If your laptop was purpose built and designed for gaming (such as Alienware), You should be fine.

Like what element2586 said, I use the police helper and spawn barriers to get rid of the cars or just tow them away. Most of the time i just drive away. You can't make everything realistic. :p

I am on an extremely tight budget building a PC that includes an AMD AM1 Quad Core CPU. I'm thinking of using a radeon R7 240 2GB DDR3 graphics card. Is there any drawbacks to this and how would this run GTA IV? All of this is of course is hypothetical. Also how would this compare to a DDR5 graphics card? Thanks to anyone who can enlighten me on this information.

AMD is the best in my opinion. Edit as far as Motherboard, not sure.
