I feel you on this I lost lots of cars that have been pulled and lots of skins I made as well but, in my case what sucks is it was my backup external hard drive that crashed I lost of stuff including evi's 2012 caprice's that are no one available

Short answer is no, not because if civil rights violations or anything like that but, because of department policy. The department would be responsible for storing the footage shot at the car stops so if it needs to be used in a court case as evidence and they would not want you using your own camera.

I think scratch made is the best way to go, you get cleaner textures that way- but that's just me

I too can't stand when this happens, we had this happen in N.Y. In the 30th precinct which became known as the dirty 30. It made all our jobs that much harder because the public lumped us all together and saw us all as dirty. I for one have never tolerated dirty cops because I worked very hard to prove my integrity within the communities I patrolled.

I opened the caprice image itself and you can see that it says it's a Star Lazer light bar on the mount

For starters I would swap out all the rear lighting for LED's , Brake/Stop lights and Spot lights. Then I would add strobe lights to the brake lights and In The spot lights. Then I would add additional lighting near the spot lights and the brake lights (whatever brand you like)like the body Mount led lights found on strobesnmore.com in the bodymount section.

I have the parts you need you just have to convert them to gta they are for need for speed - just let me know what year vehicle and if it's a highway car or pct vehicle you are making I can even do an accurate skin if you want I spent 12 years behind the wheel of some of hose cars (mine were mostly unmarked except for high visibility details.....But I have all the equipment and lights including vision sl light bar drop me a pm
