I did a fresh install, installed the f350 first and then started game, still missing the damn objects, I guess I give up. but thanks for the help guys.

I installed another ambulance,it worked fine, I installed the f350 again, still the same, missing objects.

EVERY car I download works just fine, no missing stuff or anything, I'll post back when I fix it or not.

@rushlink I am pretty sure I installed it right, I used sparkIV. Do you mean the wtd or something? If yes, then I did install it right. I tried that, didn't work (If you mean by changing car color? I'll reinstall my GC later.

Oh, I see. I'm using http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/realityiv-162-timecycle-mod-f7929 I wonder if this is the problem?

Hello, I have recently installed this mod: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1377 But when I got in the game and spawned it I noticed I can see trough the car? I have no idea how to fix this.

The only time I get a new windows is 1/2 years after a windows is released,when it comes out its shit.

holy-fucking-shit, When I played this game 3 years ago when I had my shitty pc that had a old shitty graphic card,holy shit how fast it runned. But now in 2012 you're saying that a fucking HD can't run gta 4? jesus christ I hope they dont fuck up gta 5.

Seriosuly? Because shit-tons of people have this problem,missing textures and stuff,even low FPS.

I have tried lowering them, it dosnt work. And the textures are all bad and sometimes the map loads too slow.

Hello, I need help fixing my GTA 4 low fps, Its impossible to do chases and stuff in this lag,well,it isn't extreme lag,but the textures are bad and I cant play this game normally. Heres my pc stuff. Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual core Proccessor 6000+ 3.00 GHZ Space: 4 GBs, Free space: 1 GB. Windows 7 Home premium. ATI Radeon HD 5670 If I can run A ENB or something like that,please tell me. But the main problem is low fps.

I did that,still that shit dosn't work,And the fucking read only thingy and run as admin dosnt work,Run as admin crashes my game like always,And the read only thing resets itself to read only allowed. And normal gta 4 works fine.
