Such a tragic event. Really hope no one you knew was in there. I just cant believe how high the numbers are getting. These active shooter situation are happening more and more. Its to the point every time i`m in large crowds like malls and movie theaters i`m just scanning people. Which is especially nerve racking since my weekend job is working the door at a movie theater in a state its Not legal conceal carry. Im not a paranoid person I just realize it as a very possible threat now.

Callouts locations to close

So i have about 6 call out plugins in my game and i am noticing that the call out distance is way to close. Like Code 3 call outs spawning right in front of me and messing up normal traffic patterns. I have gone threw the ini`s for them and they don`t offer distance editing.

Is there something i can do to correct this issue or is the just the way the call outs run? Or could this potently be caused by a video memory or RAM issue? Running the game maxed out and crammed with mods. (4gb Vid mem, 10gb Ram, Avg 75FPS)

Anyone want to make a car pack with me?

Hey dude. The BCPD Crown vic looks really nice. Very clear logos on it. I could offer some assistance if needed.Would have to work around my busy work scheduled. Unfortunately i do not have any 3D model making experience though.

Now, that would mean you're interested in your hobby, that you do that for the perf, for the joy of modifications, and not just to unnecessarily push the gas pedal to the floor to make your engine roar and make heads on the sidewalk turn to look at you.

Fair enough. A solar powered Impala now that is daft lol. When i say i reprogram my car i`m not saying i`m programming it to spit out lumps of coal the size of infants. I`m removing speed limiters, Raising RPM limits, making it run the way is should on E85 and better on race gas. And on top of all that im still getting 35 miles to the gallon in a 365HP sedan. My thing is im not gonna buy into all the green motoring BS. These little city electric cars are junk the Prius is terrible for the environment because of the way the battery's are made and their usual life span. It only exist so pretentious D bags can let the world no they care even though they probably don`t. Because ppl cant just do the right thing they need to let the world know they did.

What it comes down to is I will not stop using the fuck out of gas till they start mass producing cars on Hydrogen. Solar and Hydrogen are the future and everything else is a fad.

So nah ill just push the gas peddle and turn heads all weekend. And get my environmental karma during the week doing Installs in solar.

You are essentially asking me why I enjoy the things that I enjoy. Why does anyone like anything?? Some people enjoy gardening others enjoy drawing or smoking crack cocaine exc..... I enjoy driving and taking something someone made and customizing it to make it better for me. That is what i do and enjoy. I bet some of the stuff you do in your free time i would think is not interesting or pointless. Lots of people do lots of things.

And for what its worth I work for a solar instillation company. And am working on getting my bachelors degree in renewable and sustainable energy. So before you assume that i`m some prick that does not care about the environment because I modifying my car think again.

The polar bears will manage im sure, I got a guy for inspection sign offs anyway so whatever they do does not matter anyway.

This will never clear. That is ridiculous. If they want to drive dreary rubbish to work then they can buy their Toyota Camry's and carry on with their boring lives. I wont. My car is already illegal so this will change nothing for me.

Modding vehicles through OpenIV

You must be installing the cars to the wrong vehicals.rpf`s .They are all spread out in the directory. Police1/police4 are in {X64e}, sheriff1 sheriff2 and police 2 are in {Patchday3} , And police 3 is in {Patchday 4}. That`s the weird way to do it. Most ppl use Mod folders.

Cosmo just started to work on converting it. And will be doing a Dev version in the near future. Still very early on though and nothing is for sure at this time.

This would be one hell of a feat for someone to make this for GTA V. It was never really in GTA IV or V. Someone did make a 1994 Vic for IV but it was left in Beta stage and was really to buggy to use. To see it in V would be a service to the modding community as it has been extensively requested since LCPDFR/LSPDFR was a thing.

I would love to see the 7th gen Impala`s in V. That was the first personal vehicle i owned that i fell in love with. 2002 Impala LS with the sweet 3.8L V6 , 205BHP and hella torque. Loved that car so much when i blew out the motor in it racing i went out and bought the 305 BHP 2013 Impala LT. Such nice domestic sedans for a daily driver. And they look mean as patrol cars.

I do think that the MSP emblem on the back of the Explorer should be just a little bit smaller.

Yeah. The only reason i have mine is cause it was set up a long time ago. When i try to edit it it says something is wrong with it, so i just leave it as is.
