i was just about to create the same topic.

My noose backup is working now. what I did was return all my modded emergency cars to defaualt except for pol, pol2, firetruk, ambulance since they weren't giving me any issues. Also in els configuration settings i removed noose, fbi, nstockade, pstockade, and polpatriot completely from the text so my only els enabled vehicles are pol, pol2, firetruk, and ambulance.

Ah thanks, I suspect Norton got rid of it. I had a nasty trojan that nearly made my computer unaccessable I recently got rid of. Is the file important for play? I'm not having any major issues except for when i call for noose backup or airsupport the game will crash immediately upon pressing back-up keys.

When i run GTA4 in Gamebooster, every time I open it I recieve the following message: "Game Booster 3: GameBooster.exe - Unable To Locate Component This application has failed to start because CRYPT32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." but after I click the "ok" button 11 time I can start the game and run it with little issue. Only bugs I run into ingame wether using gameboooster or not is the texture of buildings and streets will stop loading and go transparent/ invisible after playing the game for so long. My question is how important is this "CRYPT32.dll" and how can I deal with the texturing issue?

this is another problem i have as well. i out drive the loading areas and everything with go transparent.

i switched all vehicles back to default, cut off els, and now lcpdfr crashes before i even get a callout. i havent had a fatal game error crash in months. im use to logging at least 45min of play in lcpdfr mode. I am also using gamebooster to run the game as usual so could that be an issue?

I run into the same exact issue, and by bad noose cars do u mean police2 files that i just renamed to be noose?

I have same problem, I ran the G17 Diagnostics Tool and it says ASI Loader not found and C++Scritpbook found but out of date... Where do i find this stuff?

Cool, do I need to uninstall or manually pick files and folders to delete out of the directory before I install FR 0.91? Or will installing 0.91 automatically replace all files from 0.95 that's already there?

Dang...Does any version of FR work with the 1.0.4.0 patch?

I'm running GTA IV on the 1.0.4.0 patch and want to play FR 0.95. The game loads and operates fine until I walk into the portal to start FR then it crashes and says something similar to windows is forced to close. Any Ideas on what may be causing it or how to fix it? Thanks Added Info: -I am also running ELS v6 which still operates fine and hasn't given me any problems.
