  1. Do you have everything updated? Also, can you try disabling other plugins until it works? Sometimes there are conflicts.
  2. What mic are you using? That's actually not a locale error, after all, it's an issue setting it to the default mic.
  3. Anyone experiencing issues with locale, can you try setting your system to English temporarily to test?
  4. The ragepluginhook.log file will help - VocalDispatch really doesn't do a lot that can cause crashes, so I'm thinking it may be something else.
  5. I'm not sure how it's adding "instability" - what do you mean? What problems are you having?
  6. how exactly are you saying these phrases?
  7. I'm sorry for the late answer here - my work schedule has been ridiculous. It does look like it was High Priority Callouts causing it - " at HighPriority.Callouts.Terror.OnCalloutAccepted()" in the error log.
  8. I hate how finicky the voice recognition language setting is. I'm glad you got it working!
  9. I'd imagine there's a syntax error somewhere. That said, there does have to be code in place to handle the callouts, so the coroner thing would just say "We're not able to honor that request at this time". Log?
  10. Do you have the English language pack installed and the ini file setup? I want to implement an interaction system some day where dispatch can ask questions/suggest things (i.e. a traffic stop asks if you want backup, etc.).
  11. Did you modify the default XML file at all? There may still be a bug in my code for the locale loading... I will review.
  12. @DoubleP99 Can you message me? I want to try a test DLL to see if I can get more information.
  13. Alright now I'm confused. Others who have had this issue reported it solved with the last update. Was there any more to that log than that about VocalDispatch?
  14. Usually, the developer of the original code will have to integrate it, as they'll need access to the original source (i.e. to know how to handle the vocal requests), so we'll need @Albo1125 (hint hint man... lol) or Fink to implement it.
  15. There is actually a setting for this already - it's off by default for immersion. It's the "ShowImmersiveMessages".
  16. I actually experienced this - I believe it's an LSPDFR bug. I've added an exception handler for this and you shouldn't have crashes anymore. Instead, it'll say it was unable to honor the request, and if you request it again, it'll work. It's essentially just modularizing your code and making it a public function - then others can use it, too. An API is an API because the developer supports and explains it - the VocalDispatch is a bad example because it's more complex than most (since it calls your code, instead of you calling it). If you'd like, I could do a video/forum post on the whole API idea.
  17. @falcon3y @DoubleP99 The last update (1.5.2.0) should resolve the language loading issue - there was a bug in the loading code that's been resolved.
  18. I don't see any crash logs in that file - did you run the game after?
  19. That's terrible - was Windows 7 only allowed one language per machine if not Ultimate or above? @GamerDanger Just in case you didn't know, the last update I released for VocalDispatch should have solved the issue you reported.
  20. There is a PDF guide included with step by step instructions for installation, use, and customization. Your name isn't required for VocalDispatch. You should read the forum support topic and go from there.
  21. Everybody, I was told that when you install the language pack, you have to then click the language pack again and explicitly "download" it.
