So through the ELS file, I noticed some already are set to 0 so does that mean I'd have to switch off the tail lights and reverse lights through the carcol files?

I don't know if this will help but I had an issue where my RAGE and game would load as normal then just stop, no crash or anything. Found out that you need to add your GTA V folder location to your security software's exceptions. If a certain plugin like ELS won't work then when you load your game and RAGE click the cog and select load all mods. There is a current problem with Rockstar having their own Game Launcher which will not load RAGE. What you need to is go to your game folder, launch the game 'GTAVLauncher', ket the game load then whilst its in the loading screen launch RAGE, let the game hook. Hopefully it helps a bit. Oh and you have to have everything up to date, as far as I know.

Yeah that happened to me too, all you have to do is load Open IV and just install EUP Law and Order and you'll have to install Serve and Rescue too.- 2,341 comments

YUP! SAME ISSUE! FUCKING ROCKSTAR SCREWING SHIT UP AS ALWAYS! 😤😤 Why does Rockstar North have to mess everything up and make everything so god damn difficult! It almost makes me want to revert back to IV.

There is a fix! You have to add it to exceptions in your security software.

So since the new Casino and Hotel Resort DLC my RAGE and game will not load, I do everything your supposed to, I haven't done anything differently to what I was doing before the DLC came out but yet when I launch RAGE everything loads as normal except when you load the first time and on the 'General' tab there is no checkbox to tick if you wish to display the game version or not, click save and continue the game loads just like it should, with RAGE saying Enjoy, then bam! nothing, game doesn't load, closes to desktop with no loading screen or anything. Just closes, no crash report or error, just the little message pop up saying do you wish to retry. But yet even without any plugins or mods the game loads perfectly fine, can even play online but as soon as RAGE & LSPDFR are implemented, it doesn't work and to be quite frank I really like LSPDFR because it's the only decent police 'game' out there, despite it being a third party addon to GTA V.

Nope still nothing. I did an integrity check of the game and it was missing 188 files so I uninstalled and installed the game but still to no avail. It's so frustrating and annoying that ever since the new DLC update LSPDFR and RAGE will not work. Could it be that I haven't installed something like a 'windows redistributable' file and if so why is it affecting me now and not then? or could it be my security software? But once again I changed that before the new DLC. What's more annoying RAGE isn't giving me an error to even analyse, and when I launch the RAGE it doesn't have a little check box at the bottom saying if I wish to disable the patch info when playing. So when the game launches it launches like usual but then about a millisecond in it minimizes the little enjoy thing then closes. So I don't know what to do.

So yeah I'm currently. and have done like literally a few hours ago today, I even went into online, so yeah my GTA works fine, but as soon as I do even the simplest install, copy the game, re-name the original to (shorten) GTA V_Orig then name the copy to GTA V. Then I created the mods folder in which I copied the update and x64 (nothing I haven't done before) then the LSPDFR manual install stuff, ScriptHookV, Script Hook Dot Net. The same process as I always have. And yeah I played LSPDFR just before the Casino and Resort DLC update. It's so weird and random. And ngl frustrating.
