I'm new to ELS 8. A car pack I installed had one ELS config file titled Config_red-blue.ini. To get the configuration file to work in game, would I have to change the File = default_config lines in _SLOTCONTROL.ini to File = Config_red-blue? Also, one of the cars is a Coquette. The light bars do not work in ELS, but the siren sound does work. Would I have to add Coquette lines i.e. [ COQUETTE ] Status = on File = default_config to get the light bar to work in game?

It doesn't give an error message when it crashes (it says out of memory but that's because of the taser), it just crashes to the desktop and Windows says that the program quit unexpectedly. Other times, I'll have issues where LCPD:FR quits while I'm still in the game. For example, I can't pull cars over, I don't receive any callouts, the LCPD:FR hotkeys aren't working, and I can't enter the police station. I'll try to get the log transcript the next time that happens.

I'm running the most recent version of LCPD:FR with ELS8.0. My GTAIV version is 1.0.7.0. I got into a police pursuit earlier and the game crashed when I caught up to the suspect. The game has crashed and seemingly random points throughout usage of LCPD:FR so I don't believe it was the pursuit in particular that triggered it. I have 2 mods installed with my LCPD:FR - Bravehart's Policing and Automatic Plate Reader. Neither of them seem to want to function in-game. As far as I know, only Automatic Plate Reader requires an in-game toggle which is F5, but it still isn't working. I unpacked both of them into the main directory. I can't figure out how to get them to run.
