  1. I completely agree with the above comments - from a dispatchers prospective earlier on it was getting very confusing just having each code thrown around, before even adding the fact they meant different things to different people! So what i think the best option would be is to have a standard set of say 10 to 15 of the most common 10 codes for the generic, most common messages (e.g. On duty, in service, rest break, backup, out of service, copied etc) then everything else to be in understandable-to-everyone English really which i do not see to much of a trouble in - remember any option can always be trialed etc.
  2. Well to have that on my first day on MDC is lovely, thanks for your kind comments - a pleasure!
  3. Thanks for the clarification! I don't seem to be able to login mind... It just throws me too "Incorrect details!"
  4. I thought it may be the best way to do it, just wanted to make sure i wasn't missing something! Thanks :)
  5. Applied, same username as here. A quick question (I may just be missing something) but from what i saw on the testaccount - in relation to warrants, if you come across the person it is issued too, but with no incident/case you are working on, how do you submit a custody report or would you simply need to create a new case to put the custody report on? Thanks
