    This is a pack of ELS-enabled SPVM-themed vehicles that includes the following models: IMP2, CRVN, and CVP2. NOTES - SPVM is the acronym for "Service de police de la ville de Montréal"-- the Montréal Police Service (Montréal, QC, Canada). - The vehicles contained in this pack have lighting equipment and livery setups based on those used by the SPVM, but modified to fit the Liberty City theme. - A livery mapping template is included for each model. - All models feature the new emerglights_emis_2 emmissive light texture mapping standard. - All models feature the new "shadow mapping" technique used to simulate shading on the vehicles. - The CRVN model is unlocked--please provide fair credit when altering and redistributing content. - These models work well in conjunction with the ZTEP siren (used by the SPVM) which can be found IMPORTANT - Make sure to use the ELS vehicle configuration files (VCFs) included with the models for optimal results. CREDITS (More specific credits provided in the download file.) - Code 3 MX-7000 light bar and additional emergency lighting equipment made by Lt.Caine. - IMP2: Chevrolet Impala from Driver: San Francisco, converted to GTA IV and modified extensively by Bxbugs123 and Lt.Caine. - CVP2: Ford Crown Victoria from Driver: San Francisco, converted to GTA IV by F5544, and modified extensively by Bxbugs123 and Lt.Caine. - CRVN: Dodge Caravan from Driver: San Francisco, converted to GTAIV by an unknown party, and modified extensively by Lt.Caine. Wheels made by BxBugs123.
