    LSPDFR for Enhanced
We're very excited to announce that LSPDFR Enhanced, after months of development and testing, is now entering the next phase of the development process and is now available to our Insiders. We are deeply grateful to everyone in our staff team and closed testing community for their feedback and support that have brought us to this point.

The current build is largely stable, though a handful of bugs remain and we are not yet feature complete with Legacy. Development is advancing quickly, and each new revision brings us closer to a fully polished release.

Several community members have asked whether the Legacy edition will continue to receive attention. Both RAGEPluginHook and LSPDFR have been engineered to accommodate the Legacy and Enhanced branches side‑by‑side. With most of the heavy lifting complete, our goal is to roll out updates to both editions in parallel.

As soon as we’ve smoothed out the last few wrinkles and made sure everything runs flawlessly, we can’t wait to roll out LSPDFR Enhanced to everyone.

    The new LCPDFR.com
Work on the redesigned LCPDFR.com is progressing steadily. The site and its companion, RDR2Mods.com, run on the same underlying codebase.
An early version of the community upgrade is already live on RDR2Mods.com, allowing us to gather real‑world feedback, refine new concepts, and further stabilize the platform before bringing the enhancements to LCPDFR.com.

We thank you all for your patience and continued enthusiasm, and hope to share even more with you soon.

There are plenty of videos out there. Just make sure you install it to a clean copy of GTA, and not the directory where LSPDFR or any other mods would be located. You can create a copy of you game by backing up game files.

these are just some references, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube, and there should be one that helps you to your needs

You must install FiveM and LSPDFR to seperate game directories, they cannot both be run on the same GTA directory.

LSPDFR and FiveM are not compatible.

You can use either.  As for ScriptHook V, you only need that if you are using mods that use it.

I have to say, it is sad to see another Dev retire, so to speak. I have used some of your callouts, and they are absolutely, hands down, fantastic. I thank you for open-sourcing them to the community to improve. I wish you all the best in life!

    Cheers!

I really appreciate the time and effort that you put in to Lspdfr.  Your mods were essential to my gameplay.  I’m sitting here everyday checking for the new update to roll out thinking in my head “ man stealth, albo, etc” will absolutely kill it in next update.    While I understand, I will still shead a tear 😢.  All the best to you !

Due to a lack of time and inclination on my part, I have decided to make all of my LSPDFR projects open source under the GPL, effective immediately. Most of them probably don't work that well anymore, and I simply don't have the time to develop or maintain them any longer.

This will also serve as my defacto "retirement" from LSPDFR development. I may decide to pick things up again in the future, who knows. But for now, this is my way of giving back to the community, and possibly inspiring or helping other people who are trying to learn software development.

The code is old, and was written when I was still new to LSPDFR/GTA programming. It could probably use some refactoring, but again, I have no time to do any of that. Feel free to submit a pull request with any suggested improvements, and I will look at the PR's as time allows.

If there is enough activity on trying to move the project forward, I can explore doing releases in the future, and crediting any contributors. Feel free to use this repo as a resource to learn from and improve your programming skills.

This goes without saying, but this code is provided with no warranty, and I accept no liability for anything. 😛

Lastly, I would just like to say...there are a lot of people to thank for my time in the LSPDFR community, and I apologize if I miss any names, but you all know who you are.
    - @Sam @LMS @Cyan @MulleDK19 You guys laid the foundation for all GTA and RPH development, and for that, the community owes you a debt of gratitude!
    - @Jeff Favignano @FinKone You two are the ones who got me interested in GTA development to begin with! (Yes Jeff, I blame you for the countless hours I've spent debugging my code! 😛)
    - @Jeff Favignano @Polecat324 @Bayareabuggs @Zachary Houseknecht Thanks for all the inspiration, and for all the times you guys graciously tested my plugins for me!
    - @Albo1125 What can I say about Albo? NOTHING! Just kidding, Albo...you came to me when you first started learning the ropes, and you grew into a fantastic dev (*sniff* They grow up so fast...)
    - @PNWParksFan You know why...keeps giving me work to do on my code... *grumble*  #InsideJoke
    - @LukeD @alexguirre @Fiskey111 @PNWParksFan For the countless times you bailed me out of difficult coding situations (and Luke, for showing me that C# is better than VB!)
    - @khorio All of the explosions and other shenanigans you pulled for our countless entertainment
    - @PeterU For all the work you did in trying to help me maintain my plugins!
    - @ToastinYou Eh, you didn't do anything. I just wanted to find a reason to give you a shout-out. *snicker*

Thanks all, and enjoy the code! Or what's left of the working parts of it...?
