Is there out something that limits the car speed to the allowed speed limit, but also that can be turned on-off? something like in Mafia II. It's really annoying to be while patroling accelerating one second and braking all the time just for keeping a normal speed.

I'd love to see the second, the NYPD one. I think gtapolicetrucker -not sure- worked on a mobile command center some time ago, but it didn't go ahead.

I have a script idea. It would be something to let you to assign to your partner, or another officers in the scene, to focus on one or various suspects. For example, this would be greatly useful in calls of the style of the drug deal, you could arrive to the scene and asign to your partner to chase and arrest/take down one of the suspects while you chase the other one, and same in calls with more suspects and more officers, or in shootouts. This also would allow to don't have to shoot and kill the suspect for completing the call with success.

I think he said he didn't want his models to be uploaded anymore due to the numerous thefts he suffered of his models and equipment (a shame, his old models are really nice).

I just copied the Manhattan mod folder into my mods directory, and I just played the game, without clicking nowhere, and it works. @Sharp: yes, there are some files, try reinstalling again.

My computer goes slow with the mod, it only needs the cam hack for seeing the city from really above. Awesome mod, some bugs, but nothing serious. Last night it took to me about an hour, with torrent.

@gtapolicetrucker: There are some russian modelers that convert models from SA, I guess without author permission, and then they sell them. They guy I said releases, or at least has released, some of his works free but he makes the models, by request, for cash. Precisely more european vehicles is what gta iv don't need, in my opinion, there are too many. I'm bored, apart of the hundreds of european vehicles that are avaliable for gta, of the modern suburban and tahoes (I wouldn't mind 'd like to see more older of these), and of the modern impala also, lately there are '06-'12 Impalas everywhere... I'd like to see some E-series ambulances and police and civil vans, aswell as chevy ambulances and vans: Any american ambulance more classic than this? And also an Excursion, a '77 NYPD Plymouth Fury/Dodge Monaco, and well, many more...

Yeah, but I really want some models, and like seems that almost every modelers are busy doing mercedes, bmws, lamborginis, camaros and corvettes, unless I pay for a modeler, or I find a very generous modeler I will never see them ingame...
