After we turned off the camera we went around the other side of the road to help him and by then he already had backup on scene Well it was a lot more of then a shower, My county (okaloosa) has declared a state of emergency because of all of the flooding. But florida is so un predictable that a tropical storm like that could happen anytime within a matter of minutes lol

While i was recording all of the flooding in my area because of a tropical storm, I got a Okaloosa County Sheriff Deputy on camera attempting to drive through a flooded road, didn't work out too well for him.
