Been playing the DayZ Standalone Alpha for a couple of days now. Quite fun overall, I tend to avoid fully populated servers so I can continue to gear up without *to* much of a threat of getting zapped going into a major town. It IS an Alpha so there are some glitches here and there but overall its entertaining and will only get better as they add more models, tweak things here and there. Fireman's axe is your friend! One hit kills on Zombies makes surviving that much easier. Great purchase!

So as not to create another thread I'll echo the comments here. I've come to the LCPDFR mod very recently and feel incredibly lucky to have 1.0 as my first exposure. Well done to the development team! I was going to install and do a quick test last night but the mod is so addicting that when I checked the time it was 3am! Cheers!
