How about surveillance, as in known drug dealer in the area, observe dealer before making an arrest. if spotted before hand have him either run, or shoot out,Or give up, or when trying to arrest him without a weapon pulled in normal arrest have him resist you and run. And when run by any way possible as in foot pursuit turned to car jacking turned to high speed pursuit. etch.
Would be cool to have an event where it would have multiple out comes just to keep it interesting.

I had eflc but deleted it. ever since then i've had this problem. and yes even the config set up trys to send it to the eflc file that doesn't exist
okay let me know how it goes. i noticed you said it goes to eflc. do you have an eflc folder in steam or somewhere? one person had a problem with the diagnostic tool installing in an eflc folder instead of the gta iv folder in rockstar games folder.

I'll try xlive instead of dsound. Yes i'm running as admin as well. Yes it ran up to fifteen minutes then called for back up and froze and crashed, plus i do not receive callouts if i do they go to disregard.
hmm thats weird. try using xlive instead of dsound and see if that loads your game. are you running as Administrator also? i was looking at the logs up at the top and it looks like your mod ran for about fifteen minutes? is that right? did your lcpdfr mod actually load up?

hello again. from the logs it seems that several things are missing. one missing thing can trigger the rest of them. what i would do is uninstall lcpdfr. then re install it using the automatic installer. also disable virus protection while you are downloading and installing the mod. make sure when you go to asi loader you only choose dsound or xlive and not both. also make sure you run the mod as Administrator.
let me know how this goes. this should be a pretty simple fix from the looks of things so lets hope so
Did all the above still getting the same errors as above. I have even uninstalled GTA IV and Reinstalled as well. Maybe i could just create a rockstar games file in my programs directory and place my back up copy there and then reinstall the mod?

Hi, Been scratching head lately, so figured this was the best place to get some help. First just let me say the copy of my game is not a cracked version. It is patched to the latest patch. I tired running the lcpdfr diagnostics tool provided. When i go to set up my configuration settings for lcpdfr it say's no asi file found, no dsound.dll found, pretty much all in the red. When i try to run config setup keeps sending me to elfc, i dont have eflc just gta iv. So when i play the game loads up no problems, when lcpdfr loads up no problems, but i have no callouts at all, if i get one it will disregard or crash. below is my lcpdfr log file. hope this helps narrow the issue down.
