Shots fired call, Upon my arrival on scene 3 white males, open fire on me, Fearing for my safty and the safty of by standers, i begon returning fire, AS i radio in back-up, 2 suspects were down, leaving the third one unaccounted for, so we began our search by the projects, after 1 minute of searching the third suspect stole a car, and lead us on an pursuit through broker dukes, into liberty city, where he finally TC'ed with another car, And then we go on to a foot chase, suspect then burns a corner to hide, I then find hidding by dumpsters, he then decides to gives chase again, where he then was struck my a speeding taxi cab trying to cross a busy intersection. lol

LCDPFR isn't installed correclty, or LCPDFR can't read its files.
Show us your GTA IV directory, your LCPDFR directory and the Audio folder inside the LCPDFR folder please.

I'm not sure, the point is, SHDN is not loaded because this is missing, so I'd recommend removing any 2010 redists before (NOT 2012) and install the one I gave you.
Thanks LMS, I just got it working, soulotion was to uninstall any redist before 2010, through control panel. Program files/ features. Then uninstalled lcpdfr 1.0 with auto installer, Then installed Lcpdfr 1.0 again. Make sure you have 2010 redist and 2012 redist installed, no other redist, so it will load properly. Try it it will work.

Same here, legit copy, Clean install no other mods, Updated frame.net, c++, 1.0.7.0 patch to the latest.

same here, I tired everything from all folders putting at not read only, I'm on steam with the lastest patch, guess, i'll go back to 0.95 untill there is a solution to the problem.

Alright, I have tried EVERYTHING to get this mod to work but nothing seems to happen.
I have tired LCPDFR 1.0 , .95 RC2, and .91 all on clean directories but I have the exact same issue everytime. After the installer goes through (Ran as admin) , it says successfully installed then when I load up the game and try to ALT+P nothing happens.
I have tried both on the steam and the disk version of the game which are both updated to the latest patch. Both of the versions have the same exact problem....
I am currently using a computer wth windows 8.
I would greatly appriciate if someone could help!

Not sure what you mean by "clean install". Do you mean did I run the game as a admin?
reinstall the game completely, and run as admin, But i did that too, as well as the manual installer, nothing

Same with me, I uninstalled 0.95 and did the automatic installation, at first it was also giving a "Fatal error". I replaced the old scripthook....

Yup same issue, will not pull up after hitting p, tried alt-p, even use that hook file posted above.

I can go for about 3hrs, But i have noticed that cetain cars can cause the game to crash, and as in cars i mean Add on cars.
